Please note the following before completing your registration:

  1. With the preparing minister’s permission (typically the priest or deacon you are working with for marriage prep), please register a minimum of one week prior to the event.
  2. The registration fee is $50.00 per couple, which includes lunch and materials.
  3. Please register online with a credit or debit card by filling out the form below.
  4. Please direct any questions about registration and payment to Matt Selby, Director of the Marriage and Family Life Office, Archdiocese of Dubuque, at m.selby@dbqarch.org or 800-876-3546 ext. 233.
  5. Questions about the specifics of the day (e.g. location, schedule, etc.) should be directed to the site leaders.

  6. A refund or transfer of registration to a different date/location is available if the Marriage and Family Life Office is notified at least one week prior to the event.
