There is a saying, “When Big, Go Small!” Small faith-sharing groups have proven to be the most effective way to form community where members can bring faith to life. With small groups, members can grow deeper in their relationship with Christ by breaking open the Word of God, engaging in meaningful conversation, and committing to care for one another.

We believe engaging adults in scripture, especially through lectio divina, leads to ongoing conversion and formation. There is no program that automatically “works,”  but there are programs with good, meaningful content, which can result in effective formation—most especially through small groups. The ministry of adult faith formation relies on prayer, relationship, personal invitation, and appropriate materials to guide others to an ever-deepening conversion to Jesus Christ.
