The Archdiocese of Dubuque has created these online faith formation sessions for individuals or groups. For more information, please contact the Office of Adult Faith Formation: dbqcaf@dbqarch.org.
Ten Gifts of the Catholic Faith: Over one hundred parishes/schools/organizations of the Archdiocese of Dubuque submitted lists of their reasons for being Catholic. These were compiled into one list of these ten beautiful gifts of the Catholic faith, each pointing to the source of our faith, Jesus Christ! The Office of Adult Faith Formation then created online faith formation sessions for individual, group, or parish use. Each formation session contains prayer, music, personal witness, discussion questions, and background information. Enjoy!

Family Matters: Mission of Love: Based on the six weeks of Lent, Cycle C of the liturgical calendar, these sessions reflect on the Sunday Gospel by relating faith to real life—family life! Each session includes prayer, music, video presentation, and discussion questions. These online sessions may be used in the home or parish, by parents or any gathering of adults. https://www.dbqarch.org/offices/family-life/faith-formation-sessions/
Joy in January! “As we begin the New Year, we are called to reexamine our lives. After the excitement and celebration of the Christmas season, melancholy can set in and turn ordinary days dull and grey. Yet as Christians, we are to be men and women of joy—no matter the weather, the season, or circumstances of life.” Through the month of January, highlighting sections of the Apostolic Exhortation, Evangelii Gaudium (The Joy of the Gospel) by Pope Francis, daily reflections from this engaging and challenging document are used to emphasize our baptismal call to evangelization. https://www.dbqarch.org/offices/adult-faith/joy-in-january/
