As of November 1, 2014, the Archdiocese of Dubuque is no longer able to request Papal Blessings on your behalf.  Please kindly visit the link to the OFFICE OF PAPAL CHARITIES and follow the instructions for obtaining a blessing.  You can now only apply for a blessing at the Office in Rome OR via the weblink on the above website.
